The Provider provides SAG-Akte, a web-based documentation tool for weather-related construction-site downtime during the 2026 scaffolding season. The service supports construction-site management, employee master-data management, token-protected site submission links, weather snapshots, optional proof-photo uploads, PDF evidence records and CSV exports for payroll-office processing.
The Provider supplies technical support for the software service. The Customer remains responsible for internal rollout, instructions to foremen and employees, review of submitted entries and communication with payroll offices, tax advisers, SOKA or other third parties.
The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use SAG-Akte for the purchased season and the Customer’s own organisation. The access is intended for scaffolding businesses for the 2026 season.
SAG-Akte is offered as a one-time seasonal access for the 2026 scaffolding season. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal unless expressly agreed separately.
The current price for the seasonal access is shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Mollie. Access to SAG-Akte features such as site submission, CSV export and PDF export may require a completed season payment.
The Customer must ensure that all site, employee, downtime and proof-photo data entered into SAG-Akte is lawful, necessary and correct. The Customer must review submissions before using PDFs or CSV files for payroll-office or reimbursement processes.
SAG-Akte is a documentation and export tool. It does not provide legal, tax, payroll or collective-bargaining advice and does not calculate wages, reimbursement amounts or claims. The Provider is not responsible for whether a payroll office, SOKA, authority or other recipient accepts a specific record.
SAG-Akte stores personal and operational data required for the service, including employee master data, site data, downtime entries, optional proof photos and generated exports. Details are described in the privacy policy. Public site submission links are token-protected and do not expose employee lists.
The Provider may extend SAG-Akte with additional features, exports or supported trades. Additional paid packages require a separate agreement or checkout.
Jurisdiction is Nuremberg. German law applies.
The Provider may update the hosted service to improve reliability, security, exports, weather-data handling and user experience. The Customer does not need to install application updates locally.
There are no agreements on availability and response times.
The Customer is responsible for instructing office users, foremen and other submitters in the correct use of SAG-Akte and the permitted use of site submission links.
SAG-Akte may only be used for lawful documentation of the Customer’s own construction-site downtime. Submission links must not be published generally or used for unrelated data collection.
The Customer is responsible for assessing whether the generated PDFs and CSV exports satisfy the Customer’s specific operational, legal, payroll-office and reimbursement requirements. The Provider supplies a technical documentation tool, not a binding official filing system.
There are no special regulations for mediation or arbitration.
There is no right of withdrawal, as this is a pure B2B business.
During active access, the Customer can view entered SAG-Akte data and generate CSV and PDF exports through the application. The Customer is responsible for downloading and retaining records required for internal or legal retention.
The Customer must provide correct master data, review weather-event submissions, assign affected employees and export the records needed for payroll-office processing.
There are no agreements regarding exclusivity or non-competition.
