Welcome to SAG-Akte (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our SAG-Akte services for documenting weather-related construction site downtime for scaffolding businesses.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our services.
SAG-Akte is sold as a one-time seasonal access for the 2026 scaffolding season. Payments are processed via Mollie. There is no subscription for this seasonal access.
Our service supports the capture of site master data, employee master data, weather-related downtime reports, weather snapshots, optional proof photos, PDF records and CSV exports for payroll-office processing.
All content provided by us as part of our services is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the site data, employee data, downtime reports and proof photos you enter or upload.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you.
These Terms are governed by the law of the European Union.
Our liability is limited to the extent legally permissible.
You agree to indemnify us from any third-party claims in connection with your use of our services.
